    I've only recently taken up KFM at Solo Martial Arts, Newcastle. It's hard work and physically demanding but great fun and a great way to test yourself.
    Darren, the instructor is very enthusiastic and enjoys nothing more than getting involved in the drills and exercises himself.
    I would recommend this to anyone of any experience in fighting or martial arts. I had very little to no experience myself.
